To believe that there is one God who created all existence, that was and will be forever, who took us out of Egypt and gave us the Torah.

To believe that Hashem took us out of Egypt. We did not get out by ourselves.
How
Internalize that this is the truth and that it is impossible otherwise. If one is asked if he believes so, he should answer affirmatively, even if someone will kill him for it. Saying so strengthens ones belief. If one merits to understand wisdom and he understands clearly that this is true and that it is impossibe otherwise, he has performed this Mitzva in an optimal way.
